In June 2009, FBLP officially announced a partnership with top Portuguese finance and banking firm Vieira de Almeida & Associados.

In a highlight deal, the firm won a mandate to advise the government in relation to the construction of the Tete toll road and Ponte do Tete bridge, which connects the north and south with an in-land road.
